Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted if:

• Work has not yet started
• Service cannot be delivered as agreed
• There is a clear failure on our side

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued if:

• Work has already begun or completed
• Client changes mind after project start
• Delays are caused by client inactivity
• Services have been delivered as agreed

4. Partial Refunds

• May be issued based on work completed
• Calculated fairly depending on project progress

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We prefer to resolve issues through revisions rather than refunds.

6. Payment Disputes

Opening a dispute without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate termination of services
• Permanent restriction from future work
